What is PAT Testing?
If you are an owner or landlord of a business/accommodation, you have a duty of care to your staff, tenants and the public to ensure that any electrical appliances within your workplace/property are safe to use. Neglecting to do may void your insurance. The most common way to do so is to have someone come in on an annual basis to carry out the testing and to provide detailed records.

Generally any workplace or accommodation where staff, clients, customers or general public can have access to the property. Including – Shops, Hotels, Schools, Care Homes, Offices, Hair Dressers, pubs, cafe’s, restaurants, public buildings, construction sites and accommodation that is rented out.
